Team work is the good way to complete the plan or project. In my childhood, we always were taught that we should have to be cooperative in the game even the homework.We cannot live without the others. Take the society for example. How can I be a sell man and at the same time be a doctor. We cannot play all the roles in the same time. We have to concentrate in one thing or two. And the human-being is not versatile. Therefore, the team work is a way to solve this problem. Besides, all the people live in this earth. We get along with the other people. In this society, the people always done everything on his own and other people cooperate with his group. The people with his group is better than the separate person. The person realize the team work and change his thought. In a team, you have to listen. There is not only you so you have to listen the others point. In fact, that is a shortcut to improve yourself. No one is perfect with born. We will be better and better if we do our best to improve.
