I am very glad to recommend the good student, Miss Yu-Chen Kuo to enter your Department Of Marking Administration program. Over the years, I have had the pleasure to meet and teach many students. Miss Kuo has remained one of my favorite students in writing class.
Miss Kuo was a hardworking student and she loved to learning new knowledge. Although she graduated from the Department of English Language, Literature and Linguistics, she also studied Mass Cummunication as her second major. Both of the department helped her to think on her own way and be a strong-mind student. She was not only an excellent student is the schoolwork but also a warmhearted girl. She always helped the elementary school children to catch up the schoolwork in the free time. Even, she wanted to be an international volunteer. I thought Miss Kuo would excel in whatever she chooses to do. As a student, she was very mature, motivated and driven. She was an excellent student and an over-achiever. As I know she always read the “Time” to get the information which we did not teach. It makes Miss Kuo mature and develop her own viewpoints, something I seldom see in Taiwanese students. I believe some of her initiative and her strong belief in her own ability to accomplish.
Based on Miss Kuo's performance in school and at work, I believe she will be a highly successful student at your school. I support her application for admission without reservation, and would appreciate any assistance you can offer her.
Sincerely yours,
Dr. Yu-Chuan Joni Chao
